Homelessness Prevention Rapid Re-Housing
The Homelessness Prevention Rapid Re-Housing Programs that THC offers are currently executed in three separate programs, all of which aim to prevent families or individuals from becoming homeless and to help those who have recently become homeless to regain housing as quickly as possible. These efforts are provided through short to medium-term supports or short-term subsidies for security deposits, first month’s rent and/or rent and utility arrears. These programs also provide case management.
